These cards are designed to provide encouragement, hope and gratitude for individuals, friends, family and care partners experiencing Alzheimer, Dementia, Multiple-Sclerosis or Parkinson. The cards within this series are as follows:
A Heart That Serves (Card is designed to recognize those who are care partners.)
Our Odyssey Together (Card is designed to begin the discussion and walk through the stages.)
We Hear You! We Need You! You Matter! (Card is designed to let individuals know they are still valued.)
Strength, Courage and Faith (Card is designed to encourage individuals to continue through difficult times and stages with strength, courage and faith.)
Reflections (Card is designed for individuals or families to add a personal message and/or a photo for people to reflect on good times. A “Voice Gift” can be added to the card for an additional $15 to personalize the message with a poem, song, a memory, etc. to bring joy in the life of others. The “Voice Gift” can record and re-record up to 60 seconds and the batteries last for up to 2 years.) You have two design options - “R” or “Reflective Circles.”
I am Forever Grateful! (Card is designed to give words of gratitude to those who are caring for those experiencing life challenges.)
When the Sun Sets (Card is designed to give to someone who has lost someone.) You have two options.
Voice Gift® provides a 60 second recording is designed to allow someone record a very special message, song, poem, etc. to someone. These recordings can trigger fond memories of joy, happiness and hope. The batteries last for up to two years. The messages can be re-recorded as often as needed.
