Please check out our “Connecting Us Together Series.” The Series is designed to celebrate monthly diversity celebrations with a Wings That Soar® Inspirational Card that provides powerful words of expression to recognize, celebrate and bring awareness of the contributions to the individual groups. Above is a picture of the Honoring Our Veterans. Please use the search bar to search “Connecting Us Together” where the monthly DEI Celebration Cards can be viewed and purchased. Each month there will be a new DEI Celebration, Recognition and Awareness Card. Coming soon will be a “subscription” to order the ten (10) month series. Cards will arrive within the last month and the first five days of the celebration month! Wings That Soar® Cards are “Meliorism”
Someone asked me to further define the purpose and benefit of my cards. The word “Meliorism” crossed my path. It is a noun that is defined as:
Meliorism is the belief that we can contribute to positive change and improve the world through acts of love, creativity, compassion and kindness.
Tracy L. Brown is the author/expressionist and designer of the cards and collection. Her desire is to bring joy, happiness, foster an environment of acceptance, and support healing into the lives of people, using words as a foundation of acceptance. She wants to improve the world through positive and healing words.
The Cards are intended for you, or for you to give to your friends, family, colleagues, peers, and/or employees in a myriad of areas, e.g., Business, Community, Education, Equity, Human Services, Law Enforcement, Spiritual and Wellness areas.

Equity Leadership Collaborative Series
The Equity Leadership Collaborative Series rewards and recognizes individuals for their work in organizational and community equity and inclusion programs. The cards are also used as discussion and learning tools during staff meetings. Each card describes the behavior of: 1) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), 2) Equity Leadership Champion, 3) Leadership Change Agent, 4) Respecting & Valuing People, and 5) Equity Leadership.
To view each series below, click on the card. To see the other cards in that series. Look to the right to locate white connected lines. Click on those white connected lines to advance to the next card in the series. You can also move your cursor around until you see the lines. The lines are in the same area for all the cards.
